The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a pivotal front-of-house position that significantly impacts both resident and guest experiences. As the face of the community, the Concierge sets the tone of hospitality, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and attentive. This position involves greeting residents and guests with genuine friendliness, managing telephonic communications efficiently, and responding promptly and courteously to various requests. Beyond greeting responsibilities, the Concierge helps maintain organization within the lobby and front desk areas, assists with mail handling, deliveries, and inventory of supplies, and plays a critical role in coordinating transportation logistics. Additionally, the Concierge supports community events, handles scheduling and communications, and multitasks seamlessly to enhance overall operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable using basic office technology in a dynamic environment. The nature of the job demands flexibility, as working shifts may vary to include evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
