The role of Concierge at Vi at Silverstone is an integral part of the resident services team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become the welcoming face of the community, providing outstanding customer service to residents and guests alike. As a Concierge, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing inquiries, addressing resident needs, and monitoring community safety systems. This role requires someone who can multi-task efficiently, communicate clearly, and handle emergency situations with calm and responsible judgment. Employees in this role contribute directly to enhancing the daily lives of residents by ensuring that their questions are answered promptly and their needs are met with a customer-focused approach. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
- excellent verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to handle stress and act responsibly in emergencies
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
