  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service environment preferred
  • current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
  • excellent verbal communication skills

  • ability to handle stress and act responsibly in emergencies

Job Duties

  • Welcome and direct residents and guests
  • answer resident questions
  • address simple resident needs
  • monitor emergency response and community systems
  • receive and direct incoming calls
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • maintain a calm and professional demeanor during emergencies
