Job Description
Revel Communities is a distinguished senior living organization dedicated to providing residents with extraordinary life experiences within our vibrant senior living communities. As a proud part of The Wolff Company, Revel Communities benefits from over 70 years of real estate expertise combined with deep knowledge in hospitality, consumer experience, and residential living. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of residents by fostering genuine connections, promoting independence, and celebrating a lifestyle that inspires happiness, longevity, and health. We take pride in challenging conventional senior care models by employing a fresh, innovative approach that prioritizes personalized service and community engagement. Our commitment is not only to our residents but also to creating an enriching, meaningful career environment for our team members, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their professional journeys.
The Concierge role at Revel Communities is a front-of-house position crucial to setting the tone for resident and guest experiences. This role requires a warm, welcoming demeanor combined with strong organizational skills and hospitality acumen. As the initial point of contact in our community, the Concierge plays an integral role in creating a positive ambiance and facilitating seamless communications. Key responsibilities include greeting residents and guests with professionalism and genuine care, managing incoming phone calls and requests efficiently, and maintaining an orderly lobby and front desk area. Additionally, the Concierge coordinates logistics such as transportation, assists with mail and deliveries, supports event planning, communications, and scheduling functions. Working in a supportive team environment, this position demands flexibility, as shifts may vary including evenings, weekends, and overnight hours.
Revel Communities offers its team members a competitive total rewards package that encompasses paid holidays, vacation and sick leave for part-time and full-time staff, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance available to full-time employees, on-demand pay, complimentary meals, and guest suite privileges. The company embraces diversity and inclusivity, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds and committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the hiring process. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and community engagement who desire to make a meaningful impact every day in a senior living setting. With professional development opportunities and an organizational culture deeply invested in community partnerships and volunteerism, working as a Concierge at Revel Communities means joining a company that values both its residents and team members alike.
