- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable multitasking and using basic office technology
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests, manage phones, and handle requests with polish and care
- Keep the lobby and front desk organized
- assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies
- Coordinate transportation logistics
- support events, communications, and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
