The Concierge role at Revel Communities offers a unique front-of-house position that plays a pivotal role in shaping the first impression residents and guests receive. This position is not just about greeting; it’s about being the warm welcome that sets the tone for a positive and memorable experience. As a Concierge, you will be the friendly face and reliable point of contact who ensures smooth communication, organized logistics, and attentive service. You will be responsible for managing phone lines, handling requests with professionalism and care, and maintaining an orderly and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Additionally, the Concierge will assist with mail, deliveries, supplies, transportation coordination, event support, communications, and scheduling tasks. This role demands a balance of hospitality, organization, and multitasking skills in a supportive team environment dedicated to excellence.

Employment with Revel Communities for the Concierge position is part-time or full-time, with a competitive hourly wage starting at $17.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Friendly, organized, and proactive
  • Comfortable multitasking and using basic office technology
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
