Revel Communities is a distinguished senior living company committed to providing residents with an extraordinary life experience. As part of The Wolff Company, Revel Communities leverages over 70 years of real estate expertise combined with a strong background in hospitality, consumer experience, and residential living. The company's mission is to support the well-being of its residents, foster genuine connections, and celebrate their independence. By using a fresh and innovative approach, Revel Communities strives to challenge traditional methods, uphold extremely high standards, and create transformative experiences for both residents and team members. The goal is to ensure that residents live happier, longer, and healthier lives while cultivating a career environment that enriches the lives of its employees. The company embraces diversity and commits to maintaining a welcoming and equitable workplace for all qualified applicants.

The role of Concierge at Revel Communities is a vital front-of-house position that significantly impacts resident and guest experiences. This position offers a supportive team environment where hospitality and organization are highly valued and encouraged. As a Concierge, you will be the warm welcome that sets the tone for the entire community, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will greet residents and guests, manage phone communications, and address requests with exceptional polish and attentiveness. Maintaining the lobby and front desk's organization is an essential part of your duties, as well as assisting with mail, deliveries, and supplies. The role involves coordinating transportation logistics, supporting events, handling communications, and managing scheduling. This position requires a friendly, organized, and proactive individual comfortable with multitasking and using basic office technology. The work schedule is flexible, with shifts that may vary during evenings, weekends, or overnights, which is typical for hospitality and residential services. Revel Communities offers a competitive total rewards package including paid holidays, vacation, sick time, medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, on-demand pay, complimentary meals, and guest suite privileges.
