As part of The Wolff Company, which brings over 70 years of real estate expertise, Revel Communities combines deep knowledge in hospitality, consumer experience, and residential living to support the well-being of older adults. The company is committed to fostering genuine connections, celebrating independence, and enhancing the quality of life for its residents through innovative, high-standard services. Revel Communities challenges traditional approaches by adopting fresh perspectives to innovate and transform the senior living experience, ultimately aiming to help residents live happier, longer, and healthier lives.
Revel Communities not only prioritizes its residents but also deeply values its team members. The company strives to create an enriching career environment that supports professional growth and well-rounded living. With a commitment to diversity and equitable treatment, Revel Communities ensures a welcoming workplace for all employees, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or genetic information. Employees at Revel enjoy a competitive total rewards package and multiple opportunities for career advancement and community involvement.
The Concierge role at Revel Communities plays an essential front-of-house position that significantly impacts the resident and guest experience. Acting as the warm and professional face of the community, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact, setting the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a friendly, organized, and proactive individual capable of multitasking while maintaining excellent hospitality standards. Primary responsibilities include greeting residents and guests with care and professionalism, managing phones, and promptly handling requests.
In addition to guest relations, the Concierge supports lobby and front desk organization, assists with mail and deliveries, and manages supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. The role also involves coordinating transportation logistics, supporting community events, managing communications, and scheduling various activities. Because this position operates in a dynamic environment, flexibility is essential, with shift schedules that may include evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Revel Communities highlights professional development for its employees and supports their desire to live well-rounded lives. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick time, medical, dental and vision insurance for full-time employees, on-demand pay, complimentary meals, and guest suite privileges. With a supportive team environment and a mission-driven focus, the Concierge position offers an enriching career opportunity for hospitality-minded individuals who want to make a meaningful difference within senior living communities.
