Job Description

Meridian Senior Living is a well-established senior living community that is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Recognized for promoting a culture grounded in integrity, joy, respect, and excellence, Meridian aims to create an environment where every resident enjoys a fulfilling and vibrant life. The establishment provides a welcoming, warm atmosphere that feels like home for senior residents and their families. Meridian Senior Living has made a name for itself by delivering compassionate care and innovative wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual in their community. Their commitment to superior service extends to both residents and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment where employees are valued and their contributions recognized.

The Concierge/Receptionist role at Meridian Senior Living is critical in setting the tone for the entire community. This position is the heart of first impressions, serving as the friendly and approachable face for residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues. The Concierge/Receptionist is tasked with greeting guests warmly, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere is maintained at all times. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Employees in this position must embrace the challenges and rewards that come with working in a senior living community, demonstrating compassion and genuine care for the elderly population they serve. This part-time or full-time role (depending on the specific community needs) emphasizes teamwork and the rewarding experience of making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Meridian Senior Living supports its employees through a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote health, financial security, and work-life balance. The benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans with multiple options to suit the diverse needs of employees. Additional perks such as 1800MD telemedicine service at no cost to employees and their families, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life insurance, and long-term disability coverage underscore its commitment to employee well-being. Employees can also take advantage of voluntary benefits like short-term disability, accident coverage, critical illness insurance, and even pet insurance. To further support professional growth and development, Meridian offers tuition reimbursement programs and a robust 401K plan to prepare employees for their future. The organization also promotes a positive work atmosphere with employee assistance programs, referral bonuses, and discounts from popular retailers such as Enterprise, Staples, Sherwin Williams, and more.

Joining Meridian Senior Living as a Concierge/Receptionist means becoming part of a team that values honesty, respect for privacy and confidentiality, and adherence to established policies and core values. It is an opportunity to build a rewarding career within a supportive company culture that values employee development and dedication to exceptional resident care. If you are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to contribute to a thriving community dedicated to making every day meaningful for seniors, Meridian Senior Living encourages you to apply and grow with them.
