Job Requirements
- SORA certification required
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability to work afternoon and overnight shifts
- Successful background check upon hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or security preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work afternoons, overnight, and weekends
Job Duties
- Positively interact with residents, guests, and vendors
- Assist with day-to-day requests and resolving complaints
- Communicate with building management and other staff
- Log and keep track of concierge and building keys
- Maintain safety and security by monitoring cameras and responding to emergencies
- Handle package deliveries logging and distribution
- Maintain accurate and complete shift logs for communication
