The Concierge role is integral to the daily success and safety of the facilities Guardian manages. This position operates primarily during afternoon and overnight shifts, with weekend availability being a requirement. As a concierge, you will serve as the face of the building to residents, guests, and vendors, providing positive interactions and assisting with day-to-day requests. Your responsibilities include managing communications with building management and other staff to facilitate smooth daily operations. You will be entrusted with critical tasks such as logging and tracking keys used by residents and for move-ins or move-outs, maintaining the safety and security of the building through monitoring security cameras, responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies, and escalating issues when necessary.

The concierge is also responsible for handling package and vendor deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and distribution, and maintaining thorough shift logs to provide seamless communication between shifts. These detailed logs support operational continuity and help maintain high service standards. Additional duties may vary depending on the specific building and location, requiring adaptability and attention to detail. Upon employment, candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check, reflecting the company’s commitment to security and integrity.
