Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
- at least 1 year of related experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- professional appearance and adherence to dress code
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders
- ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- willingness to travel between properties as needed
- adherence to confidentiality and property standards
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or Trade, Technical, or Vocational school certification
- minimum 1+ years of related experience
- effective English communication skills both spoken and written
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- experience in customer service or community-oriented roles preferred
- basic computer proficiency including phone, email, and social media
- strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- after-hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs on active buildings
- providing resources and maintaining an open and welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
- acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- building strong relationships with current and future members
- marketing the property
- maintaining positive relationships to ensure open and effective communication
- assisting with on and off-site resident events and initiatives
- managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
- working as part of the site team to ensure enjoyable events
- answering the concierge phone line
- ensuring Community Amenities area inventory
- proactive communication with management
- reviewing Activity Log and readiness at shift start
- maintaining confidentiality
- adhering to property guidelines and standards
- maintaining work area presentation
- performing other duties as assigned
