The Concierge, Multifamily role at Cushman & Wakefield is a dynamic position centered around providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, prospective residents, and vendors. Concierge staff must maintain confidentiality, adhere to strict property guidelines, and uphold a professional appearance at all times. Compensation for this role ranges between $18.70 and $22.00 per hour, depending on geographic location and candidate experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday on designated shifts
  • Ability to travel between buildings and work outdoors as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships

Job Duties
