Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related experience
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • professional appearance and adherence to dress code
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, or step stools
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • willingness to travel between properties
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • capacity to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
  • at least 1 year of related experience
  • effective speaking, writing, and communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Welcoming resident guests
  • after-hours package pickup
  • addressing resident inquiries and concerns
  • updating communication logs on active buildings
  • providing resources and creating an open welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
  • building strong relationships with current and future community members
  • marketing the property
  • maintaining positive resident relationships to ensure open communication
  • assisting with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives
  • managing social media posting, blogging, and internet presence
  • working as part of the site team to ensure enjoyable events
  • answering the concierge phone line
  • ensuring community amenities have proper inventory
  • communicating proactively with management regarding issues or concerns
  • reviewing activity logs and preparing for shifts
  • maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
  • adhering to property guidelines and standards
  • maintaining work area presentation
  • performing other duties as assigned
