Job Requirements

Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
customer service experience preferably in a related service industry
excellent communication skills
must be able to lift 20+ lbs for package handling
strong computer skills and knowledge of business social media
ability to produce creative marketing materials and new ideas for resident events

Job Duties

Handling resident package distribution and amenity reservations
assisting residents with concierge duties and monitoring visitors to the building
