The position available is for a Concierge Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) working under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. This role is critical in partnering with the concierge physician to assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care to meet specific patient needs effectively. The Concierge Medicine RN will provide direct patient care, handle office duties such as taking vital signs, preparing lab specimens, managing patient communications, scheduling tests, and documenting all interactions accurately in EPIC, the electronic health record system. In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role serves as a consultant and educator to promote patient outreach, conduct new patient member orientations, and manage related projects to increase membership and enhance patient experience.

A key aspect of this position includes creating personalized, relationship-based experiences for patients and ensuring patient concerns are addressed promptly. The RN plays a liaison role between patients and the concierge physician, facilitating communication and maintaining ongoing patient engagement through various channels including phone, email, and patient portal inquiries. The Concierge Medicine RN will also support business growth by participating in outreach events, physician meet-and-greets, and public relations activities while utilizing approved marketing materials.

This job requires maintaining compliance with confidentiality regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards while handling all patient and department records. Furthermore, the RN is responsible for membership retention, coordinating patient follow-ups, documenting patient contacts, and preparing reports that assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
