Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada Nursing license
- Minimum two years RN experience
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- Skilled in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete online learning requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years RN experience required
- Case Management experience preferred
- Current BLS and CPR certification by American Heart Association
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use EPIC and other computer systems comfortably
Job Duties
- Participate in collaborative patient care assessment and planning with concierge physician
- Take vital signs and maintain examination room stock
- Document all patient communications and chart encounters in EPIC
- Assist with lab specimen preparation and referral form completion
- Schedule patients for tests and return phone calls promptly
- Administer treatments and medications per provider orders
- Coordinate patient communication and follow-ups
- Support patient outreach and education including new member orientation
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and JCAHO standards
- Participate in business development activities and promotional events
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for program improvements
- Ensure cleanliness and proper branding of clinical environment
- Provide front office support as needed
