Job Description

MDstaffers is a reputable healthcare staffing organization dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding job opportunities across the United States. With a specialization in locum tenens positions, MDstaffers offers tailored solutions for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals seeking flexible or permanent roles. The company is known for its commitment to excellence, providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. As a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), MDstaffers maintains high industry standards and offers a reliable network of support.

MDstaffers is currently seeking a qualified Concierge Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position based in New York. This role is ideal for physicians board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine who are licensed or willing to obtain licensure in New York. The physician will work in a 100% outpatient setting, supported by an excellent team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care to patients through concierge medicine services. This role emphasizes patient-focused care, allowing for enhanced relationships between physician and patient, less patient volume compared to traditional practice, and a focus on preventive medicine.

The position offers a competitive pay package with convenient weekly direct deposit and comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. MDstaffers provides professional healthcare staffing experts to facilitate all aspects of the locum tenens process, including scheduling interviews, assisting with licensing, and negotiating contract terms. Candidates will benefit from a supportive and streamlined experience, with an experienced support services team managing credentialing and other administrative processes.

This opportunity allows a physician to practice medicine in a flexible, supportive environment while delivering exceptional care to the community. The role is fully outpatient with no inpatient or ER duties, aligning with the growing trend of concierge medicine that prioritizes quality over quantity. Compensation is attractive, with a range of approximately $350,000 annually, including applicable incentive compensation and benefits. MDstaffers' commitment to excellence ensures that candidates receive unmatched support and career guidance throughout their placement journey. Physicians interested in this position can immediately connect with recruiters by phone or explore more job openings through the MDstaffers website.
