The Concierge Coordinator role within Baptist Health is a vital position focused on enhancing the patient experience for individuals enrolled in the Baptist Health Specialty Pharmacy (BHSF) Concierge Medicine Program. This program exemplifies personalized healthcare by offering patients tailored services and close provider relationships. The Concierge Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, responsible for orchestrating the entire concierge patient journey across multiple service locations and providers.

The primary responsibilities of this position include managing new patient onboarding, coordinating ongoing communications, supporting membership retention efforts, and leading service recovery initiatives to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with operations, physicians, scheduling, and clinical teams to maintain smooth and personalized service delivery, aligned with the high standards of the Concierge Medicine Program. The position offers an estimated pay range of $21.88 to $27.79 per hour, based on experience, and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting committed to excellence and compassionate care.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy protocols
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

Job Duties
