The Concierge Marketing Coordinator role at Packers Athletic Club is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in the marketing and member engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Concierge Manager and General Manager, this position is responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring strategic marketing campaigns that aim to increase membership growth, enhance brand awareness, and elevate member retention. This includes overseeing digital content across the website, mobile app, and social media platforms and coordinating community outreach and events that strengthen the brand’s local impact.
Moreover, the Concierge Marketing Coordinator serves as a frontline ambassador of the Packers Athletic Club, engaging with current and prospective members to ensure a welcoming, informative, and satisfying membership experience. - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- CPR/AED certification

Job Duties
- Create and develop the overall marketing strategy to drive membership growth, ancillary differentiation, and brand awareness
- execute social media campaigns and content for all Packers Athletic Club social channels
- update website and mobile app content to reflect daily programs and happenings
- lead planning and execution of promotional swag releases to ensure member engagement and sales goals
- design and execute email campaigns for member communications
- maintain strong brand identity across internal and external marketing materials
- plan and execute PAC events to drive membership growth and retention
- assist front desk with welcoming members and guests
- support membership sales process and provide informative introductions to PAC
- build and maintain strong connections with members to enhance experience and retention
- assist members in account inquiries including upgrades, downgrades, freezes, and cancellations
- process membership paperwork and contracts
- respond to app-related member inquiries
- coordinate marketing and communications to attract new members
- ensure all marketing complies with licensing and regulations
- identify key community stakeholders for growth and brand collaboration
- answer inquiries via email, reviews, and social media
- organize invoices and manage budget allocations
- establish yourself as an integral team member
- perform other duties as assigned by General Manager
