Job Description
Class X by RIVANI is a revolutionary ultra-luxury office concept created by Robert Rivani, designed to elevate traditional workspaces into hospitality-driven experiential environments. Situated in the vibrant heart of Miami Beach, Class X offers a sanctuary for ambition where hospitality, performance, wellness, and culture seamlessly converge. This outstanding venue boasts true five-star amenities such as a private speakeasy, world-class fitness center, spa and wellness facilities, valet services, concierge, and high-end dining options. All elements are meticulously crafted to inspire members and tenants through impeccable service delivered in a world-class environment.
Operated by Black Briar Management, a leader in luxury real estate management, Class X upholds the highest standards of luxury hospitality with service benchmarks drawn from Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond, and Relais & Châteaux. The company seeks experienced, passionate, and anticipatory hospitality professionals whose skills and expertise were honed in five-star flagship hotels, luxury resorts, or prestigious private clubs where meticulous attention to detail was paramount.
The position open is that of Concierge Manager, a senior hospitality leadership role responsible for managing the entire front-of-house operation at Rivani. This is an active, strategic role that sets the service tone, enforces high standards, and fosters the culture of Rivani’s tenant-facing team. It involves hands-on leadership, direct interaction with tenants, and ownership of service delivery across the day. Unlike a supervisory desk role, the Concierge Manager is deeply engaged in orchestrating the smooth running of the lobby and reception environment.
The manager leads and develops the concierge team by recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, ensuring that every team member lives the rigorous luxury service standards expected. Key responsibilities include relationship-building with tenants to provide personalized and anticipatory service, managing sensitive tenant matters and VIP requests, and ensuring flawless service recovery when necessary.
Operations oversight is extensive, encompassing lobby management, desk operations, visitor protocols, package handling, vendor management, event support, and maintaining the integrity of service technology platforms. The Concierge Manager also upholds impeccable grooming and protocol standards, manages shift scheduling to optimize coverage without compromising quality, and serves as a visible, polished representative of the Rivani brand.
Candidates for this role should bring a wealth of luxury hospitality experience, ideally five or more years in five-star hotels, private clubs, or ultra-luxury residential settings with hands-on leadership in front-of-house operations. The role demands a professional who is tenant-centric, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and invested in coaching their team to excel. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, reflecting the community and workforce demographics.
The opportunity promises a competitive salary of up to $100,000 annually, along with a Monday to Friday work schedule, onsite parking, and a robust benefits package. Black Briar Management values diversity and inclusion, offering a workplace committed to high performance, respect, and growth. If you have a passion for delivering hospitality that is both felt and masterfully executed, and you thrive in a complex, fast-paced luxury environment, Class X by RIVANI invites you to apply and join a trailblazing team redefining the future of office hospitality.
