The position of Concierge Manager at Trinity Property Consultants is vital to nurturing a warm, welcoming, and community-focused environment within its residential properties. The Concierge Manager will play a fundamental role in upholding the company’s commitment to delivering unparalleled service, ensuring residents experience exceptional move-in processes, total satisfaction, express service, and personalized attention at all times. The Concierge Manager acts as the face of the community, handling diverse responsibilities that range from direct interaction with residents, guests, and visitors to administrative tasks that keep the property running smoothly. They must demonstrate a proactive approach by resolving resident concerns efficiently and fostering positive interpersonal relationships that enhance community spirit. The role requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between residents and community leadership, ensuring that any issues are promptly escalated and resolved.

Working hours for this full-time role are Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., providing a consistent schedule that includes evening shifts to adequately support resident needs. Compensation ranges from $24 to $26 hourly, with bonus opportunities that reward outstanding performance.

Additionally, the Concierge Manager must be physically capable of performing various duties, including sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally climbing. Visual acuity and auditory awareness are important as they ensure the safety and security of the community. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year as a Leasing Consultant or Concierge in the Multi-Family Industry or related field
  • One year of experience in a service industry is preferred
  • Intermediate computer and internet knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Preferred knowledge of Entrata and Outlook software
  • Ability to fluently read and write English
  • Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing
  • Ability to detect auditory and visual alarms
  • Willingness to work extended and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of state law as it relates to Fair Housing
