Job Description

Singer Drivers Club (SDC) is a premier private motorsport and lifestyle club located at Willow Springs Raceway in the Mojave Desert, California. Renowned as the fastest road in the West since 1953, Willow Springs Raceway offers six legendary circuits that provide an unrivaled driving experience for its elite members. SDC is more than just a motorsport venue; it is a comprehensive lifestyle destination that blends high-performance driving with luxury amenities, adventure, and community engagement. The club offers its members elite driver coaching, concierge-level services, curated food and beverage options, and a broad range of outdoor activities designed to enhance the member experience. SDC connects with a distinguished family of private clubs, including Yellowstone Club and Moonlight Basin, forming a network of extraordinary destinations that focus on exceptional quality and member satisfaction.

The Concierge Manager at Singer Drivers Club is a vital member of the team, serving as the primary point of contact for members and providing an exceptional concierge experience. This role demands a problem-solver who can anticipate and meet member needs before they arise, offering seamless coordination of services such as private aviation and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) logistics, vehicle transport, coaching and track-day reservations, travel arrangements, dining, and lifestyle requests. The Concierge Manager must manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously while maintaining a calm and warm demeanor, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail in building and maintaining comprehensive member profiles, tracking preferences, and using this information to customize and enhance each visit. The Concierge Manager also plays a critical role in developing vendor relationships and establishing efficient operational processes to support rapid club growth and service excellence. This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possesses poise, discretion, and polished communication skills. The Concierge Manager is at the heart of member relationships, knowing members personally and fostering genuine connections that keep members returning and engaged.

Working on-site in a remote desert location at Willow Springs Raceway, the role requires weekend and event-day availability to meet the demands of the club’s active calendar. The position reports directly to the Director of Member Services and requires adherence to the club's grooming and uniform standards. Physical demands include the ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for extended periods, along with some light lifting and physical tasks to support the operational needs of the club. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to and grow within a groundbreaking private club that sets new standards in motorsport hospitality and luxury service, offering rewarding challenges and the chance to build a distinguished career in an extraordinary environment.
