The Concierge Manager role is essential to the success of our flagship Miami Beach property. This is a full-time exempt position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $78,000 per year. Reporting directly to the Director of Hospitality, the Concierge Manager will serve as the cornerstone of the front-of-house team, embodying five-star hotel instincts paired with seasoned operational discipline. As a senior hospitality leader, the Concierge Manager will strategically lead all front desk and lobby operations while developing and mentoring a high-performing concierge team. This role demands an individual who is hands-on with strong leadership capabilities, detail-oriented operational oversight skills, and a passion for crafting superior luxury experiences.

The Concierge Manager is entrusted with setting, modeling, and enforcing elite service standards that transform tenant and guest interactions into memorable moments of luxury and care. Acting as a primary liaison, this professional will nurture personalized relationships by truly understanding the unique names and business needs of tenants, anticipating and meeting these needs proactively. The role also encompasses operational oversight, including visitor protocols, package handling, shift continuity, and seamless coordination with premium vendors and service partners.
