Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • Clean all equipment and areas
  • Lock doors at end of shift after confirmation with captain or supervisor
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and tools following set-up guidelines
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
