Job Duties
- perform opening and closing duties including organizing supplies and equipment
- clean all tools and work areas
- lock doors at the end of shifts
- confirm with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
- remove dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furniture, tables, and instruments according to guidelines
- comply with company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- read and verify information in various formats
- manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- perform physical activities like reaching, bending, twisting, climbing stairs or ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests professionally
- use clear and professional language when speaking and answering phone calls
- carry out other reasonable work tasks as assigned
