Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to apply
- prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- flexible schedule required

- knowledgeable of Green Bay and surrounding areas
- previous concierge experience preferred

Job Duties
- making reservations for guests
- providing daily hotel tours to guests
- maintaining knowledge of hotel facilities, room categories, and operations
- informing guests about local attractions and providing brochures, maps, and directions
- communicating weather and road conditions to guests
- notifying guests of reservations and required information
- coordinating with room service for amenity deliveries
- updating shift notes and concierge logbooks
- reporting issues to supervisor
- arranging village transportation for guests
- renting Avis rental vehicles
- providing and booking alternative transportation services
