The role of Concierge involves being the first point of contact and primary resource for guests staying at Lodge Kohler, a distinguished hospitality establishment within the Kohler portfolio. You will be responsible for an array of guest services that ensure visitors feel welcomed, informed, and thoroughly supported during their stay. This includes making reservations for both in-house and prospective guests, conducting engaging daily hotel tours, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the lodge’s facilities, room categories, and operating hours.

As a Concierge, your duties extend beyond internal operations to encompass broad knowledge and application of local and statewide attractions, offering tailored recommendations and providing brochures, maps, and directions to enhance guests' experiences in Green Bay and beyond. Your role also includes communicating pertinent information such as weather updates and road conditions, which are crucial to guests’ plans. Facilitating guest convenience further involves notifying guests about their reservations, coordinating with room service for amenity deliveries, updating notes and logs for seamless communication between shifts, and being the point of contact for transportation services, including village transportation dispatching and car rentals through Avis.

Working full-time with varying shifts between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm across weekdays and weekends, you will need a flexible schedule and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate possesses prior hospitality industry customer service experience with preference given to those with direct concierge experience. Familiarity with the Green Bay area and surrounding attractions is essential to deliver informed, personalized service that reflects Kohler’s excellence. This role offers a competitive hourly wage range from $14.50 to $21.70, dependent on experience and location factors.
