The Concierge role at RMC is pivotal in creating a warm, organized, and polished environment that sets the tone for residents and guests upon their arrival. Serving as the first point of contact, the Concierge ensures each visitor experiences a calm and welcoming atmosphere through professional and attentive service. The position requires an individual who is personable, organized, and takes pride in maintaining smooth daily operations within the building's lobby. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, managing visitor access, supporting leasing tours and community events, and maintaining the overall presentation of the lobby area including lighting, scent, and music. The Concierge also plays a key role in security by monitoring building cameras and visitor logs as well as managing vendor and contractor entries.
Additionally, the role involves handling package processing and amenity reservations, coordinating move-in and move-out logistics, and providing lifestyle and community engagement support by maintaining bulletin boards and sharing local recommendations. Emergency response and service needs are handled calmly and efficiently, ensuring resident safety and satisfaction. The Concierge works collaboratively with the wider team, participates in daily huddles, keeps the front desk organized, and exemplifies professionalism with emotional intelligence. The schedule includes shifts from early mornings to late nights from Tuesday through Saturday, with days off on Sunday and Monday. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience
- Polished communication and a professional demeanor
- Basic digital literacy including experience with delivery logs and CRMs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Commitment to providing a calm and welcoming environment
- Ability to respond calmly and appropriately to safety concerns
