The Front Desk / Concierge Liaison role at MyMD Select is essential to sustaining the high standard of service the practice offers. This full-time position, reporting directly to the Clinic Director, serves as the welcoming face of the practice and plays a critical role in creating an outstanding patient experience from the very first phone call to each in-office visit. The individual in this role must be friendly, professional, and service-oriented, capable of managing the flow of patients efficiently while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere in the reception area. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, handling appointment check-ins and check-outs, escorting patients as needed, and providing comprehensive support to both prospective and current members. The Concierge Liaison also manages phone communications with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring patients can easily schedule appointments, receive answers to inquiries, and obtain follow-up support.

In addition to patient-facing duties, the role supports administrative and clinical functions such as verifying patient information, assisting with paperwork, and collaborating with medical providers and staff to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency. The position also involves membership support duties, including providing tours to prospective patients, explaining membership benefits, following up on inquiries, and assisting with new patient onboarding. Job Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
