Our commitment to employee well-being and professional growth makes this role an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service.

The Host Person will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper stocking of the Concierge Lounge, adhering to food handling techniques and safety procedures, and handling guest complaints with thorough research to develop effective and positive solutions. Physical demands include kneeling, stooping, grasping, time-sensitive walking, lifting and carrying weights between 50-75 pounds, and being on your feet for most of the shift, moving throughout the lounge, kitchen, and property areas.
