Job Description

Edgewood Properties, established in 1992, has grown into a prominent real estate development and property management company headquartered in New Jersey. With a strong focus on growth and development, Edgewood Properties manages a portfolio exceeding 6,000 apartment units, with plans to double this number in the near future and surpass 12,000 units within five years. Known for its emphasis on maintaining ownership of developments rather than selling them, the company fosters a culture committed to long-term community building and exceptional resident experiences. Edgewood Properties values innovation and quality, positioning itself as a leader in the multifamily housing industry nationwide.

The company is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Concierge to join their team at Kensington Place, a luxury property located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This role is key to the day-to-day success of the leasing and management office. The Concierge serves as the cornerstone of resident interaction, acting as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, and visitors. This position requires an individual who is highly customer service-oriented and motivated to create a welcoming and seamless living environment. The Concierge will have responsibilities that range from resident and guest services to event coordination, package management, social media engagement, and office operations.

Working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, the Concierge will provide frontline support by warmly greeting guests, managing the package room, preparing leasing materials, and assisting with inquiries and appointment scheduling. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in social media platforms to promote the community lifestyle effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management or customer service and will be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational duties.

Edgewood Properties offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Additional perks include access to an on-site fitness gym, housing and appliance discounts, and a collaborative corporate team environment that promotes professional growth and advancement. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Concierge to join a rapidly growing company dedicated to quality, community, and outstanding resident engagement.
