The role of Concierge at the Jekyll Ocean Club Resort offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of this luxury resort experience. The Concierge is pivotal in ensuring guests receive the highest level of personalized service and attention. This position requires providing detailed and insightful information about local events, attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment, and travel options to enhance the visitor’s experience. The Concierge serves as a knowledgeable point of reference, offering unique vacation advice and helping guests navigate the rich cultural and recreational offerings of Jekyll Island. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • genuine interest in guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • commitment to upholding Noble House Hotels & Resorts values
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
