The company prides itself on a people-centered approach, consistently focusing on the needs of its customers throughout their hearing healthcare journey. With a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference, Cochlear offers its employees the unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that values impactful work and personal fulfillment. As a company, Cochlear is deeply invested in fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
The role of Concierge I at Cochlear is an exciting opportunity for customer-focused sales professionals who have a passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. This position is part of the Consumer Sales team and is focused on engaging and nurturing candidates who have been generated from Cochlear's marketing campaigns. The Concierge I will guide these candidates through their hearing healthcare journey by providing information, support, and personalized assistance. This is a remote position located in the Mid-Atlantic South region of the United States, specifically targeting candidates in Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Illinois, and Missouri. The role involves occasional travel, up to 10 percent, enabling face-to-face engagement as needed.
Successful candidates in this role are expected to achieve conversion and sales goals by utilizing Cochlear's consumer sales methodology while delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, including Engagement Managers, marketing teams, field sales personnel, audiologists, and scheduling coordinators to drive growth and improve access to implantable hearing solutions across the designated territory. The Concierge I will maintain detailed and accurate records using Salesforce and other business tools, ensuring that all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities are properly tracked. With a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience, along with a sales commission opportunity, this position offers both financial rewards and the intrinsic satisfaction of contributing to better hearing outcomes.
Benefits are comprehensive, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching with immediate vesting, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and pet insurance. Cochlear encourages applicants who are motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives and who are excited about working in a dynamic home office environment with occasional travel requirements. Overall, this role presents a meaningful chance to join a purpose-driven company committed to changing lives through innovative hearing healthcare solutions.
