Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- Experience with VRF and water source systems
- Residential and light commercial experience
- Ability to work closely with Concierge builders
- Clear and valid driver’s license
- EPA certification preferred
- Texas HVAC Technician registration preferred
- HVAC trade school degree and OSHA 10 Hour training preferred
- Back Flow license preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
- Experience with VRF and water source systems
- Familiarity with residential and light commercial HVAC work
- Ability to work closely with Concierge builders
- Clear and valid driver’s license
- EPA certification is a plus
- Texas HVAC Technician registration is a plus
- HVAC trade school degree is beneficial
- OSHA 10 Hour training is a plus
- Back Flow license is an advantage
Job Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures for all HVAC equipment including changing filters cleaning condenser and evaporator coils safety control verification heat exchanger integrity inspections and logging equipment operating parameters
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of heating and air conditioning systems
- Repair replace or calibrate thermostats and switches
- Assist in the installation of new heating and air conditioning systems components and relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed
- Connect motors compressors temperature controls and humidity controls according to wiring schematics
- Receive and complete work orders and maintain accurate records on material and labor usage on jobs through electronic handheld devices
- Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
- Maintain inventory of company-owned tools equipment and materials including refrigerant usage records to meet federal requirements
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
