We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Services team member to join our hospitality team. Reporting directly to the Director of Hotel Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of guest-related services both on and off the property. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service aptitude, and the ability to make arrangements to enhance our guests' stay. The position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service our hotel is known for and involves acting as a key ambassador for our guest services department.
The Guest Services role involves managing bookings and reservations, providing detailed information about our hotel’s products and services, and ensuring every guest request is handled promptly and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and guiding them throughout their experience at the hotel. There is a focus on courteous and professional interaction, ensuring guests feel valued and supported. The role also requires the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in order to meet the dynamic needs of our guests and hotel operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum experience in a four star or four diamond hotel guest services department
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum experience in a four star or four Diamond hotel guest services department
- Effective communication skills in English specific to position duties and responsibilities
Job Duties
- Giving guests knowledgeable information on hotel products and services and executing all guests' requests
- Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property
- Act as an ambassador for the guest services department
- Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
