Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous concierge or customer service experience
- knowledge of local area and events
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Create incredible memories for guests
- building local contacts and stay informed on local events
- provide and recommend things to see and do in hotel and local area
- maintain an inviting and clean Concierge lounge
- provide food and beverage services including drink mixing and ensuring quality presentation in compliance with laws
- influence and guide guests to amenities and services
- stay updated on attractions and Instagrammable spots
