We are currently seeking a Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role demands a meticulous individual who can manage cash operations with accuracy and responsibility while maintaining a high level of guest interaction. The Cashier will be entrusted with handling cash transactions swiftly yet carefully, ensuring no discrepancies occur during any exchange. They will be responsible for overseeing guest checks to prevent any loss, theft, or mishandling, adhering strictly to established procedures for check issuance and control.

Moreover, the Cashier will play an essential role in monitoring MICROS systems (or registers), guaranteeing that these are correctly set up to the appropriate menu configurations. A thorough understanding of the MICROS point-of-sale system is crucial to effectively execute daily tasks and maintain seamless operations. Additionally, the position involves organizing the floor plan by referring to the station rotation chart, assigning side work schedules, and ensuring that the floor plan is prominently displayed at the host stand for clear communication across the team.

This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can thrive in high-pressure environments and remains self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry.
