This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for guests visiting the Society's lodge, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment at all times. The Concierge will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and checking guests in and out, and providing essential information regarding lodge amenities and community resources. Coordination of transportation services, especially through the EMPOWER Program, and prompt response to guest concerns and emergencies are key functions of this position.\n\nThis position offers an hourly wage of $18.59, with eligibility for shift differential pay depending on the hours worked, adding 10 percent to evening shifts on weekdays, 15 percent for weekend shifts, and up to 20 percent for overnight shifts. The job schedule includes evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Friday through Sunday. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and assisting guests with luggage
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
