The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for guests visiting the American Cancer Society's lodging facilities. The role operates primarily during evening hours, with shifts from 3:30 pm to midnight, particularly emphasizing weekend work on a bi-weekly Saturday-Sunday schedule. The pay rate is $19.54 per hour, with an additional 15% shift differential for hours worked during weekends. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Minimal travel required
- Physical endurance to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move luggage and packages

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus
