The Concierge role at Greystar represents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and contributing to a vibrant residential community. The Concierge acts as a crucial liaison between residents and the community, managing various resident services while providing essential information about local amenities and resources. This role entails greeting residents and prospects, managing guest suite scheduling, maintaining clubhouse amenities, and coordinating package deliveries among other responsibilities. Greystar values professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, and a friendly disposition in its Concierges. This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $22.00 and $24.00 and includes additional compensation opportunities such as bonuses based on individual and company performance. The role also incorporates physical demands like standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of people

Job Duties

  • Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Answers phone calls and routes all calls to the appropriate team member
  • Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
  • Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
  • Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents
  • Maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
