Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
have a valid NC driver’s license
must have weekend availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
strong customer service skills
mature, courteous, patient, and hardworking
strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to learn to operate a telephone console

Job Duties

Deliver a high level of customer services, taking ownership of resident requests and ensuring resolution
respond to resident emergency alarms, fire, and facility emergencies, showing good judgement under pressure
escort residents in wheelchairs and vehicles throughout campus
daily rounds of inspection, keeping written reports, alert to concerns with residents and facilities
interact closely with our independent residents and have regular opportunities to make meaningful difference in their lives
