Reside Living is a prominent Chicago-based property management company known for its dynamic and inclusive work environment. With a portfolio of over 3,000 apartments and continuing growth, Reside Living is dedicated to creating modern, fresh, and environmentally responsible living spaces in some of Chicago's best neighborhoods. This company emphasizes a commitment to sustainability by leveraging green solutions and technologies to enhance the quality of life for its residents. Reside Living fosters a culture of growth, where employees are provided with opportunities for professional advancement and an engaging workplace atmosphere that encourages fun and collaboration.

We are currently seeking dedicated Concierge professionals to join our multifamily property teams. This role plays a vital part in embodying the Reside lifestyle by providing exceptional service and convenience to our residents and prospects. The Concierge serves as the initial point of contact and a key representation of management and leasing teams, ensuring residents receive a high level of service and fostering a sense of community throughout our properties. This position offers a competitive starting compensation of $20 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and commuter benefits. We support career advancement by promoting from within and offer training opportunities for the right candidates.

The Concierge is essential not only in guest relations but also in supporting leasing functions by providing property information, assisting with after-hours calls, and facilitating resident communication. Additionally, concierge staff are responsible for enhancing resident experiences through event organization and community engagement activities. Work schedules include a second shift option, appealing to candidates seeking evening hours, with consecutive days off and paid holidays. Physical aspects of the role require standing and walking for the majority of the shift, and the ability to manage various tasks requiring attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

This position offers more than an employment opportunity; it invites individuals to be a part of a team that values diversity, inclusion, and an exceptional customer experience. Reside Living is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining an environment where everyone can thrive regardless of background. Candidates must have at least one year of customer-facing experience, with skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are important for success in this role.

If you are passionate about hospitality, community engagement, and making a difference in residents' lives, this Concierge role at Reside Living represents an excellent pathway for growth and fulfillment in the property management industry.
