Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort and just about 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport, is part of an ambitious new development that features an extensive array of amenities. This project includes 17 ski lifts, 1,600 residential units, and eight hotels with a total of 1,350 rooms, along with 250,000 square feet of conference and retail space, and one of the world’s largest ski beaches. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of local attractions ski services and seasonal events
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

- Deliver personalized guest service including arranging dining transportation and activity reservations

- Assist with on-property activations and guest experiences
- Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings
- Provide timely and professional responses to guest requests
