Job Description
Revel Communities is a prominent senior living company dedicated to offering an extraordinary life experience for its residents. As part of The Wolff Company, Revel Communities leverages over 70 years of real estate expertise along with a strong foundation in hospitality, consumer experience, and residential living. This unique combination enables the company to support residents' well-being, foster genuine connections, and celebrate independence among its senior community. The company's approach is forward-thinking and innovative, continuously challenging traditional ideas to uphold high standards and create transformative living experiences. Their mission is focused on helping residents live happier, longer, and healthier lives while also nurturing the growth and satisfaction of its team members. Revel Communities advocates diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing a welcoming and equitable environment for all qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or genetic information.
The role of Concierge at Revel Communities is a vital front-of-house position that directly influences resident and guest experience. This overnight position, working from 11 PM to 7 AM Friday through Monday, requires a person who embodies hospitality, organization, and a warm, approachable demeanor. The concierge is the first point of contact and a crucial part of creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will greet residents and guests, manage phone calls, and respond to requests with professionalism and care. In addition to these guest-facing duties, the concierge will maintain the organization of the lobby and front desk areas, assist with handling mail, deliveries, and supplies, coordinate transportation logistics, and support various events, communications, and scheduling activities.
Candidates for this role should have at least a high school diploma or GED. Although prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, the most important qualities are friendliness, organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask while using basic office technology. The role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, fitting the dynamic nature of the community.
Revel Communities supports its team members with a comprehensive rewards package, including paid holidays, vacation and sick time (with eligibility depending on part-time or full-time status), medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, on-demand pay options, complimentary meals, and guest suite privileges. Beyond benefits, the company is deeply committed to the professional development and well-being of its staff, promoting a work environment where hospitality and genuine care are paramount. Revel Communities also actively partners with local nonprofits and encourages volunteerism, reflecting its commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be a warm, friendly face that residents and guests rely on, contributing to a vibrant, supportive, and well-organized community. It is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric role where their impact is truly felt daily and who are committed to creating positive living experiences.
