The Concierge position at WRMC is a pivotal role designed to enhance the resident experience by providing exemplary front-line service in their luxury residential communities. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling options with morning and afternoon shifts, requiring availability for five days per week, including weekends. The Concierge serves as the essential welcoming presence, greeting residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.

In this capacity, the Concierge manages building access and vendor check-ins, ensuring a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. They assist residents by addressing inquiries, coordinating vendor services, and supporting the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations. The role demands a high level of discretion to maintain resident privacy, exercise professional judgment, and uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key responsibilities include logging daily activities, managing package and delivery intake through property management systems such as BuildingLink, and responding calmly and effectively to any resident concerns or emergency situations. The Concierge also plays an active part in resident relations by following up on issues and contributing innovative ideas to improve the overall resident experience.

Ideal candidates are seasoned in luxury hospitality or customer service, possessing at least two years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask independently are essential. Comfort with technology like email and specialized concierge or property management software facilitates efficient task completion.

  • Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access

  • Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed
  • Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink
  • Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience
  • Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution
