The Concierge position at Valle Verde is integral to upholding the community's reputation for excellent hospitality. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, residents, and staff, the Concierge sets the tone for the welcoming atmosphere that Valle Verde prides itself on. This role involves sharing information both in person and over the phone, managing various clerical tasks, and ensuring that residents' privacy, rights, and safety are always prioritized. The position supports several areas within the campus, including Administration, the Health Center, and Assisted Living, each offering varying schedule options that may complement diverse lifestyle needs. The job offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour, dependent on experience, and flexible scheduling which includes full-time and part-time assignments.
Daily responsibilities for the Concierge include greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors, and vendors, answering and managing calls, providing community information to support marketing and sales efforts, and assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail, deliveries, and visitor coordination. This dynamic role requires a person who is personable, organized, and adept with technology, specifically Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software, alongside standard office devices like fax and copier machines. The role demands a high level of professionalism and care, supporting the privacy and safety standards essential to a senior living community.

- Prior clerical/administrative work experience
