The role of Concierge at Auberge is multifaceted, combining receptionist duties with clerical support to the Business Office Manager. This position is integral in maintaining smooth daily operations by assisting with human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll tasks as needed. The Concierge is frequently the first point of contact for residents, their families, and employees, requiring an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively and demonstrate professionalism at all times. This role demands tact and sensitivity, as maintaining satisfaction among all stakeholders is paramount.
In this position, the Concierge will perform a variety of administrative and customer service functions, including managing multi-line phone systems, providing information, and supporting office management tasks. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel is essential to executing the clerical responsibilities accurately. The Concierge must be capable of reading, writing, and speaking English fluently to ensure clear and effective communication.
