Integral Senior Living is currently seeking a Concierge to join one of its communities. The Concierge plays an essential frontline role, serving as the welcoming face of the community for residents, visitors, and employees. This role involves greeting guests warmly, managing both incoming and outgoing communications including telephone duties and message taking, and providing general information to ensure smooth daily operations. The Concierge also supports marketing efforts by preparing materials like brochures, assists dining staff by managing meal tickets and counts, and maintains various records such as resident phone lists and move-in/out registers.
The role requires someone who values organization and customer service, as the Concierge ensures that the front desk and entry area are kept neat and that residents’ appointments for services like hairdressing and transportation are efficiently scheduled. Handling mail distribution and miscellaneous resident forms, linking communications to appropriate staff members, and upholding company policies are all vital parts of this position.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or GED and bring one to three years of customer service experience or equivalent training. Beyond skills and qualifications, the role suits individuals who find fulfillment in directly impacting the lives of seniors and their families by providing a positive and professional community atmosphere.

Job Duties
- Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required
- Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient
- Greets residents and visitors
- Answers inquiries and gives directions
- Collates brochures for the marketing department
- Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members
- Tallies meal count sheets for the dining staff
- Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation
- Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators
- Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
