Job Duties
- Smile and extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
- Offer refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- Answer every incoming telephone call as directed by management
- Receive and direct inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees to proper personnel
- Maintain current list of residents and resident registry
- Receive maintenance requests, complete work orders, and submit to maintenance
- Maintain daily check on all residents
- Maintain a resident absentee register
- Require outside contractors, deliverymen, servicemen, and visitors to sign in and out in a daily journal
- Make copies on copy machines for residents and staff as appropriate
- Send fax copies for residents and staff as appropriate
- Keep record of all cash received at front desk including employee meals and postage copies and submit to bookkeeping monthly
- Perform other tasks, assignments, projects, or requests as deemed by management
- Appropriately address every individual leaving the community as directed by management
