The Concierge role at Asset Living is a pivotal position responsible for providing outstanding administrative and customer support within the community. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $24, reflecting the importance of the role and the candidate's experience and skills. The Concierge acts as a welcoming face and resource for residents, guests, and onsite staff alike, playing a critical role in the smooth operation of the property. Responsibilities include daily onsite attendance, assisting office staff, preparing lease documents, move-in and welcome packages, supporting property marketing efforts, and maintaining property communications. The role also involves updating the property website and coordinating maintenance work orders, all while delivering professional and courteous customer service. Concierge tasks extend to helping residents with everyday requests such as transportation arrangements and package handling, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the leasing office and clubhouse, and supporting other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Community Manager.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred or at least two years of relevant housing industry experience or related training. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate onsite software systems are essential, along with foundational knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations. Physically, the role requires the ability to perform various movements, including standing, sitting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and maneuvering through different work environments and weather conditions.
