The position available is a hospitality-focused Concierge role, which serves as the heart of the community's welcoming experience. As a Concierge, you are the first point of contact for residents, guests, prospective employees, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers. You will be responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression, setting the tone for every visitor's experience at Havenwood of Maple Grove. This role is not only pivotal in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations but also vital in shaping the overall atmosphere of care and warmth that defines the community.

In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks that underscore the personalized nature of service at Havenwood. Your responsibilities include managing telephone coverage, resolving issues, accepting and distributing packages, preparing work orders, and assisting the Business Office Manager with various assignments. Through these duties, you ensure residents feel valued and supported, while also contributing to the operational efficiency of the community. This position demands excellent communication skills and a knack for handling situations calmly and effectively, especially when resolving conflicts or addressing concerns.
