The Concierge role at Asset Living serves as a vital component in ensuring a positive living experience for residents and smooth operations at the community level. This position involves a blend of administrative support and exceptional customer service with an emphasis on assisting current residents, providing help to onsite staff, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager. A Concierge at Asset Living is responsible for managing key communications, preparing lease and welcome packages, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. In addition, the Concierge acts as a frontline contact for residents and guests by answering phones, greeting visitors, handling concierge requests such as arranging transportation or package deliveries, and supporting the maintenance team through work order preparation. The position demands a consistent onsite presence to contribute to a well-organized and pleasant community atmosphere.

Candidates for the Concierge position should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to individuals holding a bachelor’s degree or possessing relevant experience in the housing industry. The role requires a fundamental understanding of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA regulations, and proficiency in basic computer skills and onsite software functionality. Physical fitness and the ability to perform various tasks ranging from extended standing or sitting to lifting objects of up to 25 pounds are also necessary attributes. Asset Living offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00, shaped by experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry or one to two years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions

Job Duties

  • Regular daily onsite attendance is required
  • assist office staff as requested
  • prepare lease move-in and welcome packages
  • prepare property marketing materials and distribute
  • distribute all resident communications
  • update property website
  • prepare work orders for maintenance team
  • answer phones and greet residents and guests
  • provide professional courteous customer service to all residents guests and customers
  • assist residents with concierge requests such as taxis directions packages etc
  • maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office and clubhouse including trash removal vacuuming and stocking the bathroom
  • perform other additional duties assigned by Community Manager
