We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Concierge to join our vibrant community during daytime hours. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for serving as the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. As the face of Meridian Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere that reflects the company’s mission of ensuring that "Everyone Deserves a Great Life." Your daily work will involve friendly greetings, assisting guests in person and over the phone, managing communications efficiently, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to deal tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
  • Must practice and promote Meridian policies and procedures, mission statement, core values and founding principles
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in answering telephones or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to interact tactfully with employees, residents, family members, and visitors
  • Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
  • Serve as the first contact for guests entering the community
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist residents, employees, family members, and visitors with tact and courtesy
  • Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment
  • Support communications and administrative tasks as needed
  • Promote and uphold Meridian's policies, mission, and core values
