The company offers a wide array of perks, programs, and benefits designed to support both full-time and part-time employees, including flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, competitive health benefits, employee referral bonuses, and career advancement opportunities nationwide. This commitment to employee well-being and professional growth positions PSL as a top employer in the senior living industry.
The role available is for a Concierge position within PSL’s senior living communities. This is a part-time opportunity with shift options available from Friday to Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM, with wages ranging from $13 to $16 per hour. The Concierge role is integral to the day-to-day operations of the senior living community as the frontline ambassador who welcomes residents, visitors, and staff. More than just a front desk attendant, the Concierge is a vital link that contributes to creating an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and support for the senior residents. The position requires someone with a passion for serving seniors, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate embraces teamwork, accountability, and demonstrates a caring and empathetic attitude toward all community members.
In this role, the Concierge manages various responsibilities, including greeting and assisting residents and visitors, managing incoming communications, coordinating resident requests, and supporting community events. The position demands a warm, friendly demeanor and a genuine commitment to enhancing the daily lives of the senior residents through kind, respectful, and courteous service. PSL supports its employees with ongoing training, mentorship programs for career development, and continued education reimbursement to foster long-term growth and job satisfaction.
Moreover, employees benefit from comprehensive health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision for full-time associates), 401(k) plans with matching contributions, paid time off, access to retail and travel discounts, and even free community meals during working hours. The PSL Cares Program offers financial support to employees facing health-related challenges, reflecting PSL’s commitment to employee care beyond the workplace.
Working as a Concierge at PSL means more than just a job; it is about being part of a compassionate community that values kindness, integrity, and the holistic enhancement of every life touched. PSL’s mission, "We Celebrate and Enhance All Lives with Kindness & Integrity," embodies the essence of the work done daily in their senior living communities.
